The role of the Temperature Control Product Engineer will hold key responsibilities in supporting and guiding the development of the Sunbelt Temperature Control business function. In the role you will oversee product services, fleet readiness, maintain and preparing equipment ready to hire.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Driving safety standards, quality standards and repeatable level of customer satisfaction
- Ensuring fleet compliance
- Upkeep of service and operational documentation
- Fleet preparation and service readiness for hire
- Perform and supervise major product repairs
- Working with SHEQ team and ensuring standards are maintained.
- Assist with the definition and implementation of equipment testing processes and regime.
- Participate with customer visits and site project management meetings.
- Support the Temperature Control Team and the Sunbelt training org to prepare Temperature Control training documentation and support sessions when required

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
- Prior experience in working with Temperature Control products and applications
- Technically competent in Temperature Control products/applications.
- Proven IT skill – Windows office suit, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Project Management experience.
- Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagu es
- Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
- Great communication skills – both verbal and written
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Driving Licence
