We now have a fantastic Technical Support and Training opportunity within the Survey division. Your principle accountabilities will be:-
- To carry out training courses either on site at a customer’s location or at one of our Countrywide Survey Training centres
- Plan and prepare the training based on the customer’s needs and requirements
- Be prepared to work with multiple manufactures including Leica, Trimble and Topcon
- Provide Technical Support on the phone as well as solving problems on site, using attention to detail and make sure the customer is happy
- Attend Industry exhibitions and Demo Days
- Be a member of a dynamic team and provide input at team meetings
- Be willing to travel and stay away from home

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
- Experience in either Engineering or Surveying fields.
- Experience with Total Stations, GNSS and Levelling & Utility Surveying
- Experience in one of the following manufactures equipment: Leica Trimble or Topcon
- Experience in Laser Scanning (Optional).
- Experience with Machine Control (Optional)
- Experience with Cats & Genny’s & GPR (Optional)
- Effective planning and organising skills with strong attention to detail and close adherence to Company standards and procedures.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
