It’s a fantastic time to join us and support our Hiring Managers in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent across the business. Our Recruitment Team is committed to providing a specialist service encompassing the full end-to-end recruitment process, from developing employer branding and attraction campaigns, talent pipelining, to delivering effective sourcing and selection solutions. Your key duties will include: Developing relationships with key hiring managers to understand their requirements and advising, planning, and delivering effective recruitment solutions in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Actively sourcing, nurturing, and pipelining candidates from entry level to senior management. Supporting and/or leading strategic campaigns and recruitment drives to build the talent pipeline in your designated areas, e.g., HGV Drivers, Customer Service Advisors, Engineers, Professional Services, and Sales roles. Utilising various channels to source relevant, skilled candidates, including searching our talent pool (ATS system – Eploy), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CV databases. Using data to inform activities, producing reports to demonstrate delivery against KPIs such as ROI: quality, time, cost, sourcing mix, and candidate/line manager experience. Collaborating with the Recruitment Specialist to advise managers on the most suitable sourcing and selection methods, facilitating specialist exercises or tests when needed, and contributing to the development of selection tools. Working closely with the Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrators, and the wider HR team to ensure seamless recruitment processes and value creation from HR activities.
