Responsibilities

  • UAT Facilitator and System Trainer: coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to validate that the system meets defined requirements and is ready for deployment. Manage UAT planning and scheduling, facilitate feedback and defect review sessions, and ensure that user insights are captured, tracked, and addressed to improve system functionality, usability, and overall business readiness.
  • System Trainer: empower users through targeted training initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing customised learning materials, and delivering engaging training sessions that build user confidence and competence. Ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilise the system, thereby maximising return on investment, adoption, and overall operational efficiency.
