An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us at Sunbelt Rentals UK as a Regional HR Advisor. This role provides great exposure to our first-class People team, the ever-growing operational teams, and exciting projects while offering an enviable working style.

This is a Regional role based in the Midlands with the autonomy to manage your own diary. You will work by combining homeworking with travel to our sites as well as occasional visits to our head office in Warrington.

We are looking for someone who has a true passion for People and HR with a desire to support the development and delivery of a people plan that enables a high-performance culture. You'll have the credibility to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a multi-site environment and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide a top-class HR advisory service to the business. Case work will be yours to manage from cradle to grave, providing both exposure and development in areas such as upskilling, coaching, workforce planning, employee relations, TUPE, and Projects. You will receive development and support from your line manager, the People Business Partner, and together you will ensure that the People function operates efficiently, effectively, and in line with current legislation. You will also work closely with the wider People team to assist in delivering our exciting company-wide people initiatives and projects.
