We have an exciting new role for a Project Manager to join our Power Project team. You will be responsible for the delivery of key customer projects, overseeing activities on site, verifying, and validating client/project objectives and requirements for the duration of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between client, depots, on site and operational teams.
- Provide leadership to the event delivery teams – including providing clarity of responsibilities, objectives & deliverables, always maintaining focus according to the project/client requirements and the representation of the SBR brand and values.
- Plan client/project asset requirements in line with project timelines and constraints.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that asset and resource plans are maintained and up to date.
- Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements on-site and proactively promote a positive QHSE culture within the team and the representation of the SBR brand and values.
- Manage all site incidents and escalations, acting as the primary interface with the client, operations and other stakeholders as required.
- Day-to-day maintenance of project plans, smart sheets, RAMS & managing site risk/issues as they arise.
- Engage fully with the relevant client project.
- Drive best practice in service, delivery, and health & safety.
- Manage the operational budget and plan and deliver the targets ensuring costs are being effectively controlled and provide regular operational performance updates against the plan.
