Based out of our Wembley facility, the Equipment Co-Ordinator is a key member of Sunbelt Film & TV's Lighting Division.

Working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisors and the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating, inspecting, loading, and dispatching film lighting equipment.

This hands‑on role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting customers and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and co‑ordinate Film Lighting equipment orders accurately throughout the departments and with the rentals office in accordance with job sheets.
  • Review job sheets, monitor equipment availability and highlight shortages, working with colleagues to identify practical solutions.
  • Load vehicles, ensuring that equipment is secure visually inspected before leaving the facility.
  • Identify, record and report any damaged, faulty or missing equipment upon return from hire, ensuring appropriate follow‑up action is taken.
