Based at our Wembley Film & TV facility, the Department Supervisor is a key operational leader within Sunbelt Rentals' Film & TV Lighting Division.
Working under the direction of the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day preparation, testing, dispatch and return of professional film lighting equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and operational efficiency are maintained.
Leading a team of Equipment Technicians and Warehouse Operatives, you will manage the workflow across key equipment departments, including LED Lighting & Fixtures, Consumables, Stands & Grip, and Cable & Power Distribution.
Working closely with the Rental Office, Warehouse and Transport teams, you'll ensure equipment is production‑ready, customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and operational performance meets the demands of the Film, Television, Broadcast and Live Events industries.
