We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our project management team, delivering a range of medium to large-scale IT initiatives. Projects will vary in scope and may include applications, infrastructure, and security focused projects. In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery, leading initiatives end-to-end from inception through to successful completion. You will have the autonomy and accountability to drive projects forward, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Project Management
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of a variety of different sized projects.
    • Develop robust project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs, and reporting structures.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Agile Delivery
    • Champion Agile methodologies across the programme.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
    • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
    • Partner with senior business leaders, IT, and external vendors.
    • Manage expectations, risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
    • Provide clear, concise updates to executive stakeholders.
  • Release & Vendor Management
    • Oversee release planning and coordination.
    • Manage third-party delivery partners and system integrators.
    • Ensure quality assurance and successful go-live execution.
