As a Regional Operations Manager you will have responsibility to provide operational leadership and strategic support across the Midlands Depot network, ensuring the seamless execution of business strategy, operational excellence, and Sunbelt Rentals 4.0 objectives. The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) will drive efficiency, profitability, and customer service, supporting depot teams and cascading leadership objectives throughout the region.
Responsibilities- Provide direct line management and support to depot managers, leading, motivating, developing, and supporting their individual business units.
- Deliver sustained growth and profitability of the region through operational and service excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise depot operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer journey.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Power BI, taking proactive measures to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive and continuously improve return on investment (ROI) across all depots and the region, ensuring that resources, assets, and initiatives deliver maximum value and contribute to the overall profitability and efficiency of the business.
- Achieve and progress upon a regional return on investment (ROI) target of 15–20%, with year‑on‑year improvement expected.
