As a Service Centre Manager, you will take full accountability for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a busy Service Centre. Your focus will be on delivering strong commercial results while ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities:- Driving performance to ensure the Service Centre meets agreed targets and financial budgets, with a strong focus on cost control
- Leading, coaching and motivating your team to create a positive, high-performing working environment
- Preparing and managing monthly reporting, including full responsibility for profit and loss
- Collaborating with the Sales team to identify opportunities, win new business and support growth
- Making sure all operations are carried out safely and in line with Health and Safety policies
- Promoting clear, consistent communication across the team to keep everyone informed and aligned
