As a Safety Support Services Coordinator you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business looking after our customers. Which means building relationships, getting to know what they do, how they do it, and most importantly, how we can help them do it better.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a best‑in‑class service while utilising your product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Day‑to‑day, you will communicate with customers via telephone, email, and by responding to website enquiries. You will also support the scheduling of work across face fit testing and healthcare surveillance, manage quotations, and coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to post‑hire feedback.
Taking ownership of the full customer journey, you will build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. In addition, the role involves general administrative duties and attending customer visits as required.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for individuals from a customer service environment, ideally with industry experience, who would like to see and feel the impact of their work in a hands‑on, highly operational, service‑focused business.
