Sunbelt Rentals Broadcast & Events is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Operative to support the migration of our existing asset bank into a new RFID-based asset tracking system. This is a key project that will improve how we manage and deploy high-value equipment across live music, broadcast, and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Asset Manager and wider operations team to ensure a smooth and accurate transition of assets into the new RFID system.
- Assist with physically tagging equipment with RFID labels and verifying correct identification.
- Update asset records, including serial numbers, condition status, and locations.
- Support audits and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy.
- Help troubleshoot any discrepancies between physical assets and digital records.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment throughout the project.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health & safety and operational procedures.
