In the role of Workshop Operative, you'll play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the Depot. It will be your job to prepare equipment to ensure that it is clean and ready for customer hire. Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and preparing equipment
- Checking and storing off-hired equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe yard, workshop, and storage areas
- Liaising with customers on a day-to-day basis when loading and unloading
- Building orders for customers within agreed deadlines
- Occasionally making deliveries and collections from customer sites
- Use of depot telehandler
