About The Role
The team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented operative to join our Warehouse Team in Wembley, London.
You will work in a fast-paced environment managing stock of lighting consumables, textiles, and equipment. Responsibilities include preparing equipment to company standards, inspecting, restocking upon return, and reporting damages.
Core Responsibilities
- Using rental software RT Pro to book, manage, and fulfill hire requirements, ensuring accurate and timely information to the warehouse team.
- Establish procedures for smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Create a positive environment and collaborate with the warehouse team to complete orders.
- Maintain awareness of current bookings and manage customer expectations to a high standard.
- Monitor live hires and anticipated return dates to manage stock levels.
- Manage minimum stock levels for consumable products and report shortfalls promptly.
