As Service Centre Manager, you will have operational responsibility for all areas of a busy Service Centre, driving the business forward to meet targets and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring the Service Centre performs against targets and budgets, managing costs effectively
- Motivating employees to create a positive atmosphere and achieve their best
- Creating monthly management reports and managing P&L aspects
- Liaising with the Sales team to develop new sales opportunities and grow the business
- Ensuring work processes comply with Health and Safety guidelines
- Maintaining effective communication within the Service Centre
