Job Title: Mobile Service Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Travel regularly to various locations to maintain and repair generators ranging from 20KVA to 1250KVA, along with other equipment within our range.
2. Provide onsite service to customers, including diagnosing and documenting machine damage.
3. Maintain accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records.
4. Communicate effectively with Line Managers and Customers, keeping them informed as required.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while complying with company procedures.
