Responsibilities

  • Support management of the Service Centre team in line with Company policies to maximise performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Company contract administration procedures.
  • Coach and motivate employees to deliver excellent service to all customers.
  • Ensure all aspects of work and process are carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that the quality of customer care/service and products reflect the highest levels of excellence.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Service Centre Manager.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work.
  • Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and to meet high quality standards.
  • Full driving licence.
