We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Critical Power team. The Project Manager will oversee major Critical Power projects and serve as the primary lead for the Microsoft contract. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent planning capability and experience managing complex electrical and power-based installations. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure safe, on-time delivery of projects across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Nordics.

Responsibilities
- Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Critical Power projects, including temporary power systems, energy farms, BESS deployments, UPS and HV/LV distribution packages.
- Act as the primary operational lead for the Microsoft contract, ensuring consistent delivery, compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, risk assessments, and resource plans.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other key customers, acting as their main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, updates and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all client requirements, SLAs and technical specifications are fully met.
- Technical & Safety Oversight
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and de-mobilisation of equipment including generators, UPS, loadbanks, transformers, BESS units and associated distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical, mechanical and safety standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, RAMS, and project documentation.
- Operational Coordination
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, logistics, commissioning teams and site managers across multiple geographical locations.
- Manage procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring availability aligns with project timelines.
- Monitor progress, site performance, and technical issues, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Contribute to tendering, pricing and feasibility assessments where needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed commercial parameters.
