About The Role

Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes and yes, there’s a place in our team for you.

Due to team expansion, we are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Film and TV account manager to join our rental team in Irlam, Greater Manchester.

In the role, you will be tasked with managing and establishing strong relationships with production teams and production crews. It will be required that you develop a unique understanding of the customer’s needs and interpret them correctly throughout the life of the project, handling the account from first enquiry to invoice.

Core Responsibilities

  • Using our rental software RT Pro, you will book, manage and fulfil hire requirements ensuring information to the warehouse team is accurate and timely.
  • Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other documents to manage your workflow and workload.
  • Forging and establishing relationships with production and crew to establish new opportunities.
  • Maintain an awareness of all current bookings and work with other members of the rental team to ensure all customers’ needs and expectations are managed to a high standard.
  • Provide information of your current live hires to the Sales Director and ensure the status of your work is financially accurate.
  • Provide support to the marketing team in supporting the brand.

Monday to Friday 0830 to 1730 with 1 Saturday morning per month on a rota basis as and when workload dictates in busy periods.
