We now have an exciting role for a Customer Sites Co-ordinator to join the friendly team at Balfour Beatty.
In the role of Customer Sites Co-ordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure delivery of consistent services to meet the Service Levels and fulfil obligations in the Agreement
- Communications internally and to Balfour Beatty
- Legislative and Balfour Beatty Policy compliance
- Act as a point of contact for Balfour Beatty Damage and Loss
- Management of Damage and Loss information and Database
- Customer relationship management
- Provide accurate and timely reporting

To succeed as a Customer Sites Co-ordinator, you will bring the following skills and behaviors:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales inquiries where you have used your skills and experience to successfully complete transactions and satisfy customers
- Experience in developing and utilizing product knowledge, eager to understand our product range and the wider Sunbelt business
- Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing. You’ll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
- Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures
- An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
- A flexible and adaptable approach, enjoying a varied workday in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
- A commitment to continuous improvement, putting forward and acting on suggestions to improve processes and service levels
- A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role
