About The Role
We’re looking for the very best talent to join us at this exciting time in our journey, as we continue to strengthen our market leader position by providing an even better customer experience. We have an exciting new role for a National Business Development Manager of Flooring working around Midlands and the East, with the primary aim of winning and developing revenue streams from large major customers in the area that require floor care cleaning or preparation. The applicant will require extensive experience of hiring capital equipment ideally with floor cleaning equipment or floor preparation equipment.
Working closely with the sales and account management team to develop and delivery a commercial strategy for our products in order to achieve high ROI goals in accordance to the Sunbelt Rentals business objectives
This will be done by optimizing revenue incomes through multiple sales channels (National, Regional and Internal), identifying and marketing differentiated value propositions through alternative markets and growth sectors and instigating a training and development program to improve the order capture conversion rate and overall customer experience.
