About The Role

Are you ready to be a part of our team in Sunbelt Rentals? We are looking for a talented electrician to join our team to ensure our equipment is maintained to the highest standard whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

  • Electrical testing portable units
  • Installation of new electrical items
  • Replacement of damaged or faulty electrical items
  • PAT testing and fault finding on electrical circuits
  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance

About You

What are we looking for?

Essential:
  • Proven experience working as an approved electrician role.
  • Initial and Periodic Inspection Qualification (BS7671)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong level of technical knowledge including relevant IET guidance and British Standards.
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Enjoys learning and teaching.
  • Driving Licence
Desirable:
  • Current SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme)
  • IPAF 3a and 3b
  • PASMA
  • Experience installing plastic plumbing (waste and water).
  • Experience of PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
  • Experience with battery units (UPS) and or power generation.
