Are you ready to be a part of our rapidly developing business? We are looking for a talented Van Driver Towing to join our team to ensure timely collection and deliveries from customer sites whilst consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations. This is a fixed term role for 6 months.

What will you be doing?

  • Operating light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes with towing attachments for transportation of goods
  • Ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before commencing any journey, as well as the safe loading, unloading and security of the vehicle load
  • Visiting customer locations, communicating with both internal and external customers
  • Ensuring that the legal and company safety requirements, alongside the working time directive regulations are adhered to at all times

About You

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of driving license category B+E for towing – with no more than 6 points
  • Tachograph card
  • Forklift license is desirable, however training is available
  • LCV experience
  • Proactive approach to safety of company vehicles and other drivers
  • A polite and courteous manner at all times when visiting customer premises
  • Geographical knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to use IT systems (desirable)
