About The Role
Are you ready for your next role in a successful, progressive company with fantastic career development opportunities? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Academy Team working in our busy Trakway business area. As an Administrator you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Academy Department, including handling any general and HSQE queries, developing and maintaining a range of reports including positive intervention report, training matrices and site damage reports ensuring any relevant actions are highlighted and remedied. You will also be responsible for distributing content and supporting the creation of materials for our internal employee engagement app. In addition, you will also work on various regular and ad hoc projects including presentations, documents and e-learning. Creating monthly reports and presenting the data in suitable graphs or tables, along with arranging monthly meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating all Academy room bookings.
