  • Promoting consistent manufacturing standards across sites

Who you are:

You will have:

  • Proven experience leading manufacturing or production teams
  • Strong cost control and delivery performance management capability
  • Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement programmes
  • Solid health & safety and quality compliance knowledge
  • The ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action
  • A leadership style that builds ownership, resilience and high standards
  • A degree in engineering or production management is desirable. IOSH (minimum) or NEBOSH certification is preferred.
