We’re on a mission to make the human body FULLY understandable to the average consumer. So little is known about how our bodies tick, how to change the things we don’t like, what is causing it, what we can do, and so on - WE are on a mission to change that.

This is a real seat on the founding team, not a freelancer brief. You own the camera, the edit, the calendar, and the feeds, and you are measured on what those feeds do for us.

Some tasks around the role

  • Shoot founder content, product, behind the scenes, talking heads, the lot. You are comfortable being the one holding the camera.
  • Edit fast, short‑form first. You can take a raw clip to a posted reel without waiting on anyone.
  • Direct. You have the eye. You decide what we make and why it will land, not just how to cut it.
  • Channels: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, the feeds where this audience lives. You run them, read them, and grow them.
  • Story. Make something this new and this weird feel obvious, and make people care about their gut.
  • Pace. A founding team posting often. You keep the machine fed without dropping the quality.

You'll fit if you

  • Run at a high level of agency. You see what needs filming and go and film it, no hand‑holding.
  • Have a reel. Accounts you grew, videos that did numbers, a channel you built. All count more than a tidy CV.
  • Are equal parts creative and operator. You can frame the shot and then read whether it worked.
  • Are comfortable with the mess of an early consumer hardware company and make calls without full information.
  • Stay with things. We back people who commit to a mission, not job‑hoppers.
  • Have a format you go too far into, and the range to help everywhere else.
  • You subconciously keep up with the latest trends (are brain‑rotted)

Bonuses

grew a channel or brand from near‑zero, health/wellness or consumer background, a biohacker, you shoot and edit yourself rather than brief it out, obsessive about a niche, grew up making things on the internet, scrappy by default.

Dealbreakers

  • No prior interest in health, wellness or consumer brands.
  • You need a full crew and a big budget before you can shoot. We are scrappy first.
  • You can brief and direct but aren't willing to pick up a camera or learn an editor yourself.
  • You hop jobs. It is a red flag for us.
  • You chase vanity metrics and showreel polish over growth and the mission.
  • You want a strict 9‑to‑5. This will never be that.
  • Not chronically online.
