Were looking for a confident and capable Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take charge of the kitchen and run a service confidently when the Head/Sous Chef is away . The Role Youll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen, maintain high standards and ensure every service runs smoothly.
