We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Riseley Green School. You will work with the education team to deliver and embed Occupational Therapy intervention for pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will deliver a pyramid model of delivery and be guided by the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working. You will support the delivery and implementation of Occupational Therapy provision on students' Educational, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) with the support of your designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician, and contribute to staff training and consultation as required. This post would suit a resilient, creative, flexible and enthusiastic individual.

The role will initially support Riseley Green School, Berkshire, part of Options Autism. The successful candidate will also support the setup of new Options Autism OFG schools planned for September 2026. Some flexible and cross-site working will be required.
Essential Criteria
- Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
- Valid and up-to-date HCPC Registration
- Registered member of RCOT
- Relevant experience providing OT services in a similar setting (preferable)
- Experience with neurodivergent individuals and/or learning difficulties and/or socio-emotional and mental health difficulties; transferable skills
- Sound knowledge and clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical application to support independence
- Experience of multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, flexible and confident
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Interest in sensory integration or sensory-informed practice (SI practitioner training in progress or completed is preferable, but not essential)
