Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-quality SEN provision across the classroom, including 1:1 support, small group interventions and differentiated learning strategies
- Oversee, deploy and support staff effectively to maximise the impact of SEN provision
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of SEN support to SLT and governors
- Work collaboratively with external professionals to secure the best outcomes for pupils
- Deliver staff INSET and guidance on Individual Needs, SEND developments and current legislation
- Teach lessons within your specialist subject, engaging and inspiring larger groups of learners

Groveside School is a Brand-New Special Educational Needs School for Pupils 7 - 16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Our school opened in September 2024 and will cater for 60 pupils.
