- Location: Park School Oxfordshire OX7 5QH
- Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:30am – 16:30pm
- Contract: Permanent (Term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances)
- Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
What you will do
You will join our in-house clinical team at Park School, delivering bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent, or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working, guiding your practice in an education setting and clarifying roles and responsibilities. You will hold an occupational therapy caseload with support from your clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation as required. This role suits a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

Essential Criteria
- BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy; valid and up-to-date HCPC registration
- Registered member of RCOT
- Experience in providing OT services within a similar setting (preferred)
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or those with learning difficulties and SEMH needs; transferable skills
- Sound knowledge of OT theory and practical application to support independence
- Experience in multi-professional work with teams or services within the designated specialty (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, flexible and confident
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Full UK driving license with access to a car
- Interest in sensory integration or SI practice (training in progress or completed is preferable, but not essential)
