The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive People Operations Administrator to join our People Team during a period of continued growth. You will act as the first point of contact for People-related enquiries and play a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate and supportive HR administration service. From maintaining HR systems and documentation to supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, you’ll help ensure our teams receive exceptional support. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about HR, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to develop their experience within a large, forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for People-related enquiries, delivering a responsive and supportive service
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and People systems across the employee lifecycle
  • Support onboarding, contractual changes and leaver processes, ensuring documentation is issued accurately and on time
  • Provide basic guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment terms, escalating where needed
  • Support People Team projects, audits and continuous improvement activity
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies, safeguarding requirements, GDPR and data integrity standards

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working with HR systems
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Working towards or holding a Level 3 CIPD qualification
  • Experience using Access PeopleXD HRIS
