The People Admin and Systems Manager is responsible for leading the People Administration and Systems teams, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and customer-focused HR services. This role drives system optimisation, process improvement, and digital transformation across the HR function, while supporting the development and performance of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and manage the People Admin and Systems teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Evaluate, enhance, and optimise HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
- Oversee HR-related projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timescales, and budgets.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify improvement opportunities, develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, track KPIs and metrics, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Act as the subject matter expert for People XD, using in-depth system knowledge to optimise HR processes, support stakeholders, and guide the team.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong focus on business analysis and reporting.
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and organisational standards.
Desirable
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD.
- Experience working within an education setting.
