About the Role

The Regional Business Manager (RBM) for the UK Branded Dermatology Team is responsible for leading and coaching a team of five Institutional Healthcare Specialists (IHS). This role drives regional execution of the UK dermatology strategy, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, high-performance culture, and compliant promotion of specialty dermatology brands. The RBM plays a pivotal role in launching and expanding Sun Pharma’s UK dermatology portfolio, developing strong relationships with key dermatology stakeholders, and ensuring the team delivers against sales, access, and customer experience objectives.
