About the Role
Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Lincoln. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided. You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output.
Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11 hr days every week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting day-to-day production activities
- Assisting with printing and colour processes
- Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Learning new skills through ongoing training
