As we scale, we are looking for a Product Manager who can own, innovate and elevate our product, with an eye to real customer impact and competitive differentiation.

This is a senior leadership role where your decisions will shape the future of our technology and its impact on the planet. You will define and deliver the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of multiple product lines in our cloud SaaS portfolio within the packaging sector.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, UX / design, sales and marketing to ensure our product solves real problems, is easy to use, scales well, and adapts to emerging market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a compelling product strategy and roadmap (2-year and 5-year horizons).
  • Lead the product discovery process, listening to users, analysing the market, identifying gaps & opportunities.
  • Translate business goals into a clear product strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Product Owners and ensure cohesion across the portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver high quality product strategies by engaging with clients, stakeholders, and industry forums to validate direction and gather feedback.
  • Drive product metrics including measuring usage, performance, user satisfaction, revenue / value delivered; and iterate the product strategy based on data.
  • Support go-to-market product positioning, launch planning, feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, security and scalability are built into the product from the start.
  • Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support commercial goals through product positioning, pre-sales activities, and ROI-driven decisions.
  • Keep up with competitor / industry trends (packaging, materials, regulations, sustainability etc.) to maintain our edge.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (typically 3-5+ years) in product management of B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience with cloud architecture or understanding cloud-based environments including microservices, APIs and integration.
  • Strong skills in product discovery / validation including customer interviews, data analysis, wireframing / prototyping.
  • Solid ability to work cross-functionally, influencing engineering, UX / design, sales / marketing.
  • Good commercial awareness including understanding how product decisions affect revenue, cost, market position.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: internal (execs, teams) & external (customers, partners).
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centred design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Prior exposure to the packaging, manufacturing, industrial or supply chain domains and background in Agile / Scrum or other iterative product development is desirable.
