About the role: As a Production Operative, you will join a friendly and experienced manufacturing team supporting the safe and efficient production of ink products. This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment with strong safety standards and excellent training opportunities. Key responsibilities: Operating filling equipment for ink production Cleaning and maintaining machinery Using production equipment and instruments safely in line with procedures Operating batch processing machinery Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in the work area Supporting goods inwards processes Picking goods for production use Operating a forklift truck (FLT) Demonstrating commitment to safety at all times The ideal candidate: Youll be a reliable, proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow production processes accurately. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
