About the role:
As a Production Operative, you will join a friendly and experienced manufacturing team supporting the safe and efficient production of ink products. This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment with strong safety standards and excellent training opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Operating filling equipment for ink production
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery
- Using production equipment and instruments safely in line with procedures
- Operating batch processing machinery
- Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in the work area
- Supporting goods inwards processes
- Picking goods for production use
- Operating a forklift truck (FLT)
- Demonstrating commitment to safety at all times
The ideal candidate:
You’ll be a reliable, proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow production processes accurately. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
You will have:
