About The Role

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Lincoln. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output.

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 11hr days every week.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day production activities
  • Assisting with printing and colour processes
  • Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Learning new skills through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

  • No prior experience required – full training provided
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
