Production Operative (Inplant Shift Technician) – Evesham

Thanks to our innovative products and great team, we are proud that the business continues to grow. We now have an opportunity for a Production Operative (Inplant Shift Technician) to join our professional manufacturing team based in Evesham.

This role involves joining an established team of dedicated technicians providing 24/6 support to our customer, delivering timely colour and press side assistance. We seek a team player willing to learn or adapt current skills to the role, with the ability to follow procedures and instructions. A strong safety attitude is essential. Technicians work on shifts and are supported by an onsite management structure.

No previous experience is required; however, the successful applicant must not have any colour blindness deficiency and must be willing to work nights and weekends as part of the shift pattern. Training will be provided for the right candidate, along with ongoing development through continual training programs.

Qualifications / Experience Critical for the Job Holder

1. Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
2. FLT license is advantageous but not essential.
