The Role
Thanks to our innovative products and great team – we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity Inplant Technician (Ink Department) to join our professional manufacturing team based in Pershore, Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Ink Department Manager and press crews with daily operations
- Assist in the blending of printing inks to match customer requirements using automated proofing techniques and colour software
- Ensure the timely supply of inks to the print department
- Participate in press trials and quality assurance checks
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
- Uphold housekeeping and safety standards in the ink department

Qualifications / Experience Critical for the job Holder
- Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Experience in the flexographic printing ink industry is desirable.
