Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact within a dynamic organization? This is a standalone role that offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality HR services, influence business change, and support our leadership team.
As our HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to expert for employee relations, providing strategic advice on HR policies and procedures. You will support managers to maximize team performance, manage business change projects, and ensure the successful delivery of global HR processes such as Compensation, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring the safety of yourself and others
- Provide exceptional support to the business in all HR-related matters
- Lead recruitment, learning and development, and reward initiatives
- Drive organizational design, change management, and development projects
- Manage and implement global HR processes locally, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional qualification, with demonstrable experience
- Degree qualification in a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational design
- Proven expertise in advising managers, managing projects, and leading change
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communicator who has some experience in change management
