We’re seeking a proactive Project & Account Manager to support our Global Key Accounts in the digital inks industry. You’ll manage product lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and foster strong customer relationships to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless global service to key accounts
- Manage product introductions, changes, and withdrawals
- Respond proactively to customer inquiries and advocate for their needs
- Coordinate production and supply to meet delivery targets
- Monitor quality issues and implement improvements
- Lead projects to ensure timely delivery, specifications, and cost management
- Use CRM, project tools, and Microsoft Office for reporting and tracking
- Visit Global key accounts and attend industry events
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve new product introduction wins at GKA
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage product and supply cycle effectively
- Lead internal teams and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Industry experience in packaging printing preferred
- Project management and customer account skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience of methodology and Inkjet technology is a plus but not essential
