THE ROLE
Thanks to our innovative products and great team, we are proud that the business is continuing to grow. We now have an opportunity for a Production Operative (Inplant Shift Technician) to join our professional manufacturing team based in Evesham. This is an opportunity to join an established team of dedicated technicians providing 24/6 cover to our customer delivering timely colour and press side support. We will be looking for a team player willing to learn or adapt current skills to suit the role with the ability to follow procedures and instruction. An attitude with a high regard for safety is essential. Technicians work on shifts and are supported by an onsite management structure. No previous experience is required but the successful applicant must not have any colour blindness deficiency and be willing to work nights and weekends as part of the shift pattern. For the right person, training will be provided together with continual training programmes to develop the individual.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths or equivalent
- FLT license advantageous but not essential
