About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer to join our Creative and Market Strategy teams based at Sun Branding, Albion Mills. This role is central to bringing our value-led go-to-market strategies to life through compelling and impactful visual content. You will translate strategic direction into engaging campaign assets, sales support materials, and brand communications that elevate our brand, influence target audiences, and support lead generation. This is a handsâon role delivering high-quality creative outputs across digital, print, and physical touchpoints while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality design for marketing content and collateral, including external communications, presentations, sales support materials, and workshop experiences.
- Translate strategic marketing plans into visually compelling campaigns, concepts, templates, and creative assets.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Manage design projects end-to-end, including attending briefings, interpreting requirements, and managing feedback loops.
- Collaborate to ensure timely and effective delivery of creative assets.
- Track key metrics and produce reports and infographics to support the communication of insights and performance.
- Support broader marketing initiatives and provide design expertise as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong creative and artistic capability with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate strategic and commercial objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and ability to respond constructively to feedback.
- Proactive and adaptable approach within a traditional and evolving business environment.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing design best practices.
- Good understanding of Canva. Animation skills in After Effects an added advantage.
- Experience in using Microsoft 365 is a big advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years' professional experience in a marketing design role within an industrial, FMCG, or agency environment.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating design work across print, digital, and physical brand experiences.
- Experience working within brand guidelines and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design supports commercial outcomes.
- Experience working in a collaborative, crossâfunctional team environment.
