Purpose of the Role
Provide comprehensive administration support to the Digital Business team. This role focuses on financial analysis, stock control, and Salesforce reporting, while liaising with manufacturing, technical, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates for both the business and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Produce regular margin analysis for accounts and products, assist with new product costing, and provide actionable insights to account managers and leadership.
- Stock Control: Coordinate stock movements across sites and overseas branches, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimizing write-offs.
- Salesforce Reporting: Build and maintain reports on pipeline metrics and contact frequency for the sales and management teams.
- Administration Support: Manage SDS, CoA, LDO (pack forms) creation and maintenance, raise ETQs, and provide demand planning support.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with manufacturing, technical, and quality teams to deliver day-to-day updates.
- Cover Support: Provide absence cover for MSN MDO function when required.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel expertise (critical): Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros, automation, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and financial awareness.
- SAP experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Qualifications
- A-Level (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade A-C) – desirable.
- Business or Finance degree, or equivalent work experience – desirable.
