Job Description
Sun and Moon breakfast &after school club are looking for Qualified Applicants,
\n• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Playwork, Teaching Assistant, Education or a related subject
\n• Previous experience working with children.
\nMust be well-organised, enthusiastic, and flexible with good communication skills.
\n\nPlayworker Responsibilities
\n• Supervise children in a safe and engaging environment.
\n• Plan, prepare and participate in a range of age-appropriate activities including arts and crafts, sports, games, outdoor play and team-building activities.
\n• Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
\n• Support children with varying needs, ensuring every child feels included.
\n• Follow safeguarding, health & safety and behaviour management procedures at all times.
\n• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
\n• Assist with setting up and clearing away activities and equipment.
\n• Respond appropriately to accidents, incidents or concerns in line with safeguarding procedures.
