Role Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Fashion ecommerce Photographer to join our creative team. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality, visually compelling images that reflect the brand’s identity and elevate its fashion collections. This role requires technical photography skills, a keen eye for fashion aesthetics, and the ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot ecommerce imagery across all group brands, daily
- Support Photography Manager with shooting for campaigns, creative content and social imagery
- Maintain photography standard for each brand, following proof of concept shoots
- Travel as and when needed for offsite shoots
- Work effectively with Photography team for shoot briefing and execution
- Ensure all imagery is driving KPI’s e.g. click through rate / overall look & feel
- Ensure photography guidelines for each brand are met and are consistently delivered
- Support Group Photography Lead with lighting setups, maintenance of photography equipment and any additional requirements
- Work with shoot team to maintain desired shoot targets to achieve cost per garment target, and reduce reshoot rates
- Drive set start times and productivity on shoots with Stylist
- Use initiatives and creative collaboration to propose new ways of working and creative ideas through retouch and AI
- Support with imagery admin and queries from across the business.
- Ensure consistency in lighting, angles, and image selection for product photography across all e-commerce platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical image issues that arise during the shoot process
- Work with the photography team to troubleshoot creative or logistical challenges, offering solutions to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Key Skills
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce shoots
- Proven experience as a fashion photographer and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Familiarity with studio environment is essential
- Proficiency in studio lighting setups and digital photography techniques
- Expert in post-production and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop)
- Strong sense of fashion, composition, colour, and visual storytelling
- Ability to take creative direction and bring new ideas to the table
- Experience working in a collaborative studio environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
