Role Summary
- Lead on generating fresh, innovative, creative ideas for social-first content that builds on our brand narrative, builds our community, and generates social conversation and brand buzz.
- Responsible for creating disruptive, engaging content with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Lead on engaging and growing our community across social channels through different initiatives and exciting content ideas.
- Introduce and build upon different content strands to engage and grow our audience.
- Keep up to date with emerging social trends, competitor activity and industry updates to share with the wider team.
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling and posting across channels.
- Manage delivery of organic social and paid social assets for each brand moment.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms daily.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for all social media channels, including engagement rates, follower growth, brand reach etc.
- Work with the wider brand and product teams to ensure the content calendar is kept up to date and content is created to support trend/fashion and brand moments.
- Use insights to optimise content and strategy, ensuring the brand's social media efforts contribute to overall business objectives.
- Be a true ambassador for the brand, embodying its culture and brand values in everything you create.
About you:
- 2+ years experience as a Content Creator or similar role within Social Media (preferably in fashion).
- Highly creative, innovative and social media and fashion obsessed.
- Strong portfolio of creative work and social-first content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong photo/video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
