The Role
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our Manchester studio.
As a Stylist, you'll make sure every e-commerce product shot is delivered to the highest standard and in line with the Sumwon Studios guidelines for each brand.
You'll work alongside the wider styling team, including our freelance stylists, so that everything leaving the studio is consistent, best-in-class imagery with the right tone of voice for the brand it belongs to.
You'll bring a strong understanding of creative, runway and influencer trends and use it to present product in a way that feels both brand appropriate and commercial.
Key Responsibilities

- Segment new-in product to shoot across a variety of models, considering trend, end use and model type.
Use your initiative to pull product ahead of time and clearly brief segmentation and treatment to Hair & Make-Up.
- Prepare new product ahead of each shoot so every look has the right styling product for outfit building, and make sure product is shot in a logical order to maximise efficiency and hit KPIs.
- Supervise styling on set and make sure every product is displayed to the best of its ability.
- Communicate effectively with wider departments, including Production, so samples are shot promptly.
- Collaborate with Design and the wider Brand teams to bring collections and creative briefs to life, making sure the product offering is right for our customers.
- Keep the styling wardrobe stocked with relevant, on-trend product and flow lines, and maintain the wardrobes and their cleanliness.
- Support the Brand and Content teams with content creation across all brands.
- Support with creative, art direction and trends from concept through to execution.
- Pull and segment new product before shoot day, thinking about model type, the categories and styles they work best in, and how we can be as reactive as possible.
Brief rails and segmentation choices to Hair & Make-Up or freelance stylists.
- Style 50 products per model for e-commerce shoots and consistently meet targets.
